It’s Bye Week Time in Tennessee!!

The Tennessee Volunteers entered their first bye week without a blemish, and now it is time for Josh Heupel and all of Vol Nation to do some scouting. While Tennessee’s players will be nursing wounds and resting up on Saturday night, Georgia and Alabama will be entangled in an all-out battle. It will be the first true test for both teams where nothing will be left in the tank. I think many things will be learned about both these teams on Saturday night, but hopefully, Josh Heupel can find a few weak spots he can exploit when his Vols go up against each opponent later in the season.

Tennessee’s next opponent Arkansas will be going up against a physical bunch in Texas A&M. Arkansas last weekend escaped Auburn in a game of who can make the most mistakes as Auburn’s 5 turnovers ensured an Arkansas win. Needless to say, I didn’t come away too impressed with their win over Auburn as Auburn couldn’t even beat The University of ANTIFA in Jordan-Hare earlier this month. Can the Aggies get it done and bring the Razorbacks back down to earth after their surprising start? It will be interesting to see.

Those are the 2 main matchups that I will be watching this weekend as Big Orange Country gets a slight respite from the hard work of cheering on a true contender. I hope the bye week treats everyone well!!
