Tennessee opened as big favorites(-10.5) for their upcoming game @ Arkansas on October 5th. This is no surprise with how Tennessee has been playing during the 1st month of the season. However, Arkansas looks like a more formidable opponent than most Vol fans anticipated before the season started. Arkansas went on the road and gained over 600 yards in a game they should've won vs OK State, and then last week handled an anemic Auburn team on the road. Tennessee could be playing a 4-1 team with 2 conference wins already if the Razorbacks can beat A&M in Jerry World this weekend. This is a far cry from Sam Pittman being on the hot seat like some folks (myself included) predicted. In any case it will be interesting to see where the betting line ends up as we draw closer to kickoff next weekend. Free advice, just bet on Tennessee no matter what the line does. GBO
