Former Titan Teair Tart lands with division rival

With just 3 games remaining on the season, the Titans oddly decided to part ways with DL Teair Tart. Tart was cut on Saturday due to issues with the player’s “attitude and effort”. And according to Tart, he asked for his release earlier this season as it seemed there was dissatisfaction between Tart and the team. This shouldn’t come as a surprise considering Vrabel has hinted at his unhappiness with Tart multiple times. Still, Tart is a solid run-stuffer and his loss will be felt.

And yesterday, the Houston Texans claimed Tart on waivers, just a couple days after the Texans embarrasingly beat the Titans in Nashville. Tart will now be able to play in “revenge” against his former team in two weeks. As George Plaster loves to say, that game will be “spicy.”
